Irene Shiang Li
Irene is the co-founder of Mei Mei, a food-truck-turned-restaurant-turned-dumpling-company based in Boston, Massachusetts, and Prepshift, a workforce training consultancy that supports small restaurants and their teams to thrive sustainably and equitably. Perfectly Good Food, her and her sister’s second cookbook, was published by W.W. Norton in June 2023.
Irene sits on the boards of The Food Project, Haley House, and Project Bread. She also supports Lovin’ Spoonfuls and co-founded Project Restore Us in 2020.
